How to Pass

Hold the ball in two hands with your fingers spread
 
Hold the ball at your chest with elbows pointing out
 
Thumbs behind the ball
 
You will then bring the ball into your chest, ensuring your fingers are now spread behind the ball.
 
Your fingers should be near your chest while your thumbs are underneath the ball
 
Step into the pass and bend your knee for power
 
Release the ball by flicking your hands outwards
 
"Always pass from your chest to the other players chest."
